S&S Werbung offers advertising distribution, promotional marketing, and related consulting services. The exact scope of services is defined in the individual agreement or service confirmation provided to the client.
All offers are subject to change and become binding only after written confirmation by S&S Werbung. Prices are quoted in Euro and may be subject to applicable taxes or additional service costs depending on the project requirements.
Clients must provide all necessary materials, information, and approvals required for the execution of the agreed services. Materials should be delivered in the correct format and within the agreed timeline to ensure timely campaign execution.
Distribution schedules depend on logistical conditions and delivery timelines of the advertising materials. Delays caused by late delivery or changes from the client may result in rescheduling of the campaign.
Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement or invoice. Invoices are payable within the agreed payment period. Late payments may incur additional administrative charges.
S&S Werbung is liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence within the limits permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by external circumstances beyond our control.
Any cancellation or modification of a confirmed order must be submitted in writing. Additional costs resulting from changes after confirmation may be charged to the client.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from the contractual relationship shall be resolved under the applicable jurisdiction of German courts.
